This paper based on the background of Shop Floor Rapid Responsive Manufacturing Technique Researching which applied for the manufacture of the key parts in engine products. The main research works in this paper were emphasized on researching a configurable Shop Floor Resources Management Subsystem. The primary research contents of this paper are listed below:Firstly, combined with the analysis of the application enterprise's requirements, the subsystem's function requirements were analyzed minutely. For the consideration of the users' demands, the subsystem's architecture, network architecture and system security were designed respectively.Secondly, the method of object-oriented system analysis was applied into subsystem's design process. By using UML (The Unified Modeling Language) modeling technique the subsystem's modeling was created in the aspects of function, static construction and dynamic action and finally achieved the purpose on realizing the object-oriented modeling of shop floor resources management subsystem. At last, the subsystem's component tier, the middle tier of the 3-tier Client/Sever system architecture, was divided into business entity tier, data access logical tier and business rule tier. According to the analysis of subsystem's UML modeling and the process of component-based development, the subsystem's components which encapsulated in different tiers were developed by applying the C#.NET suitcase on the Dot NET developing platform. The configurable subsystem was realized by deploying and assembling the developed components which belonged to different tiers.
