With the fierce competition among enterprises, they have to have a rapid response to demands of customer and market to win the competition. As the leading software of enterprise information, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has become a tool of enhancing the level of enterprise management and strengthening the force of competition. Shop floor management (SFM), which is one of the vital challenges for enterprise administration, has an increasingly important role. So, to develop a SFM system software is of great significance.After making a deep investigation and research on the production management in Dongfang Boiler Valve Co. Ltd and combining base theory of workshop management and advanced IT technology, the thesis finally designs and implements a set of SFM and CRP system software that is easy-maintenance, reusable, scalable, stable and based on components. Software engineering and object-oriented technology is used, and Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern has been placed more emphasis on the design of system multi-tier architecture based on .NET platform.First in the thesis the base principle about workshop administration is discussed and studied, and some important algorithms to be utilized is introduced and analyzed. SFM includes PAC (Production Active Control), SFC (Shop Floor Control) and SFSpattern is used and completely based on .NET platform, is come up with. Finally, combining the company's actual production management situation, with the help of Object-Oriented technology and Unified Modeling Language technology including Package Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram and Sequence Diagram, the system is designed in details.
