Research On Workflow Management Systemin Shop Floor Based On The Internet Of Things

With the application of workflow management technology in manufacturing field, it promoted the development of shop floor management system. At present, many people take the information technology and the workflow management technology into the shop floor management, mainly studies the workflow technology will be the introduction of workshop management, but the combination of the Internet of things technology and workflow management technology, to research of workflow management in manufacturing process of shop floor or rarely. Therefore, this thesis puts forward the research of workflow management system in shop floor based on the Internet of things.Workflow Management system in shop floor for shop production is developed based on the research of the Internet of things and workflow technology. Selection the RFID technology as the means of data collection, the system is designed and the system application model of shop floor is analyzed. System function modules in detail design based on the analysis of system requirements, as well as the system software structure was design and studied the date acquisition model. Resources workflow in shop floor is detailed design and optimization analysis based on the Internet of things for the production process characteristics of discrete shop floor. the analysis of the data model and elements of the shop floor, and design the database of system, and analyzes the data transmission、storage and access methods. A C/S hybrid architecture workflow management system in shop floor based on RFID is developed with C#. Functions like resource information and resources workflow as well as collection of manufacturing data are realized on basis of the platform of information collection and management of numerical shop floor.
