Sy-pdm System Application For The Extended Enterprise

With the development of computer technology, information technology and advanced manufacturing technology and the application of various computer aided software (CAX) and system operation platform in enterprises, the complexity of product development process and the product-relative information increase sharply. To realize the agility of business process, there is a urgent necessity for enterprises to efficiently manage the relative data and process technology of products. Product data management (PDM) is a technology to manage all the relative information and process of products, which is on the basis of software and able to realize the management integration of product-relative data, process and resources focusing on the products.In this paper, expanded enterprise-oriented PDM implementation technologies are studied from the following aspects with the combination of eases:(1) After analyzing the enterprise coordination pattern, present product data management status and its implementation demands, the whole functional structure and system integration scheme are proposed.(2) The structure configuration management rules of complex products are customized. After the analysis of product structure, the product base is planned according to business division and the encoding method of components is proposed as well as the management method and storage planning of product structure. Then according to the product specialties, the baseline attributes are defined and the baseline-based product configuration management rules are given.(3) Product design development process and process flow between enterprises are constructed and the typical workflow template are defined. All the functions are realized by customization.
