People's Air Defense Information Management Systems Design And Implementation

Making full use of modern info-communication development , integrating with the characteristic of Civil Air Defense, managing Civil Air Defense by means of information system,it can provide the director timely and effective management information, which improves utilization and efficiency of resources of Civil Air Defense. At present, Civil Air Defensemostly depends on Microsoft office and handwork, it can't supply the requirement of information development of Civil Air Defense. In order to work efficiency and achieve the function of data share and assistant decision-making, I decided to develop the Management Information System (CS-MIS).The thesis adopts the successful experience of MIS of internal and overseas enterprise, which integrates with the fact of Civil Air Defense,it analyzes the characteristic and rule of Civil Air Defense,and also probes into the framework and function and main characteristic of Civil Air Defense, Last,it discusses the probability and necessity of CS-MIS and puts forward the question of information management of Civil Air Defense.First,the thesis elaborates the basic concept, principle, method and the database techniques of the management information system. secondly, it introduces how to apply these principles, methods and technique to solve the plan, analysis design, and implement of the management information system, which lays particular emphasis on the analysis and design of the CS-MIS. After analyzing the actuality and existent problem of CS-MIS.Thirdly, the function module of the CS-MIS is decided by analyzing the fact problems.The functions of the system include personnel management, professinal ranks management,training management,strength statistic management, decision-making and evaluation management, system management and so on.The SQL Server 2000 of the Microsoft Company is chosen as the database management system. To develop the foreground software, C++ Builder 6 of Borland Company is used as a tool. The thesis incudes the characteristics of C++ Builder 6 and the theories foundation of the SQL Servers 2000 in brief.The structure of system is determined by Client/Server framework, database technology and network technology, which provides user powerful query and browse function, in a word,it has strong practicability.
