News Monitoring Study

In recent years,with the further development of reform and opening up the rule of law as a fundamental principle has gradually become the consensus of the people.The development of civilization in modern society,civic and cultural standard of living,makes people remeber the idea of democracy and human rights . people's participation actively in politic and national affairs,is also getting more and more. But in the current China,there are still many problems need to be solved in the news public opinion supervision as one of the important mode of public power supervised,which to some extent influence the Chinese government's anti-corruption fight, impact the constructions on democracy and process of reform and open policy.It is undoubtedly of great practical significance to construct the Chinese characteristics media supervision system through sorting out the theory and practice of news public opinion supervision.The paper is divided into four parts.Part I: Overview of news public opinion supervision.This section focuses on the relations of public opinion supervision and news supervision,as well as the significance of news public opinion supervision.Part II: The human rights status and function of news public opinion supervision.This section focuses on the human rights status of news public opinion supervision and its expression in the Constitution,as well as its function.Part III: The limits of news public opinion supervision.This section explore the legitimacy to restrict news public opinion supervision and discuss the relations of news public opinion supervision and social public order,news public opinion supervision and the right to reputation and privacy of public officers,news public opinion supervision and government information open to the public.Part IV: The current situation in China of news public opinion supervision and how to improve the system of news public opinion supervision.The section includes how to build the system of news public opinion supervision in our country through inspecting China's theory and practice and referring foreign advanced theory and practice on news public opinion supervision .The main innovation of the paper are as follows: First,putting forward my own views on the relations of public opinion supervision and news supervision.Second,thinking deeply and independently on the status and function of news public opinion supervision and making the corresponding summary.Third,discussing the legitimacy to restrict news public opinion supervision,as well as the relations of news public opinion supervision and other related benefits.Fourth,putting forward the idea of improving the system of news public opinion supervision by the combination of our current reality and learning from foreign advanced theory and practice on news public opinion supervision.This paper follows the route of offering a question,analysing it and solving it.Using the ways of analysis and synthesis,definitions and examples,induction and deduction and so on.The author also does some research tentatively on how to construct the system of China news public opinion supervision,so as to achieve scientific practice and the eventual realization of the scientific development.
