The rapid development of the Internet has not only brought great impact on all areas of society, but also brought a significant change to our system of public opinion. Through the Internet, users can express their views in real time. Moreover, the supervision of network public opinion can improve the right to know and the right to express. And it makes all the users participate in supervision, so truly realizes the people's democracy.
