At present,the global environmental pollution becames more and more serious,the environmental problem has been paid more and more attention,People are eager to change resource conservation,environment-friendly way of development.Nano-titanium dioxide has many characteristics,such as: high specific surface area,high surface energy,and low cost,non-toxic and tasteless,stable chemical properties,many scholars are fond of it.In the face of environmental pollution,people have a great interest in semiconductor materials titanium dioxide.This topic is aimed at the advantages and disadvantages of titanium dioxide,the preparation,modification and photocatalytic performance of titanium dioxide were studiedIn this guiding ideology,the topic explores the preparation of nano-structure of the catalyst-titanium dioxide.The microstructure of titanium dioxide is regulated,it is used to do photocatalytic degradation experiments,whether the self-made titanium dioxide can enhance its photocatalytic degradation ability.In this study,tetrabutyl titanate was used as the precursor,and the solvothermal method was used to prepare nanometer titanium dioxide.In the case,the total molar of the common stabilizer is constant,the shapes of titanium dioxide nanocrystals gradually evolve from sphere to rod with increasing the dodecyl amine content,when the molar ratio is 1:1,the crystallinity of titanium dioxide is the best.TG/DTA analysis,the content of stabilizing agents in samples is about 5%.When the ratio of the common stabilizer is 1:1,with the increase of the molar amount of the common stabilizer,the crystal grows more and more mature,and the crystal edge becomes smooth.Using acetic acid instead of lauric acid,the ratio of the common stabilizer is 1:1,when the molar amount of the common stabilizer is changed,there is a serious phenomenon of reunion,but the size is more uniform,the shape is long rod-shaped,this is related to the nature of this short carbon chain weak acid.The photocatalytic properties of the nanostructured titanium dioxide are studied,the methylene blue was used as the target degradation product,and the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of most samples was close to 100% at 40 minutes.The photocatalytic efficiency of the second group of samples has obvious regularity,from sample TiO2-A to sample TiO2-E,the photocatalytic performance is gradually enhanced,the photocatalytic activity of TiO2-E was the strongest,and the photocatalytic performance of TiO2-F was decreased.In summary,the objectives of this subject is to study the photocatalytic performance of titanium dioxide,firstly,the microstructure of titanium dioxide prepared by solvothermal method was tested and analyzed,then the photocatalytic performance experiment was carried out,and the purpose of the study was reached.
