| Accompany with our country entry into WTO and the economy has rapid development, at the same time our government is also facing great pressure caused by international competitive environment. In order to be in line with international practice availably quickly, the government departments in their routine require a large number of detailed tasks to do. A flexible and changeable business process not only can improve their staffs'efficiency and strengthen decision-making ability of their own leadership's, but also can make the resources allocated reasonable. The government can optimize their operation processes through the traditional ERP implementation in the past, but due to the business processes need to be solidified in the software in the traditional ERP, so it restricts the improvement of flexible capability of processes management radically. Now by bringing workflow technology into the traditional ERP, it can effectively achieve the separation of management and execution, thus the government departments can manage their processes more effectively and flexibly.For further study on integration technology between workflow and ERP system, the process management in Sichuan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is considered as the research object in this thesis, by analyzing their business processes, a workflow model based on a flexible Activity Network has been set up, and this thesis also has adopted the CTL* Model Checking Method to verify the correctness properties of the model. By using the model, then a set of lightweight workflow management system ECIQ2008 based on J2EE platform has been developed in this thesis. The successful implementation of ECIQ2008 not only reflects the superiority of workflow technology on process management, which achieves the goal of flexible management, but also the system has a lot of J2EE characteristics such as openness, consistency and platform independence, so it can meet user requirement better.Firstly, based on the analysis of user requirement in detail, this thesis has designed general structure of the system and divided the system into a few modules, and described implementation method of system interfaces. Secondly, as comparing with a variety of methods of workflow modeling, the thesis has set up a workflow model based on activity network with high-flexibility, and then has developed ECIQ2008 system based on J2EE platform. Finally, a few key technologies to accomplish the implementation of ECIQ2008 has been analyzed and summarized in the thesis, which includes the implementation of workflow engine based on J2EE and privilege management based on RBAC. These key technologies have been applied in the development of the system successfully, which not only plays a decisive role in the whole system performance, but also has a study on how to use these technologies to develop ERP in practice. |
