Research And Design Of B To B E-comerce Platform Based On Workflow And J2EE

E-commerce is the process of collaboration required to complete a transaction in the network environment, in which several entities are involved, including buyer, seller, authentication system, the electronic payment system , logistics and distribution systems, etc . It has completely changed the traditional business model . Subsequently, modern enterprise management has entered the era of e-commerce.BtoB e-commerce refers to businesses conducted through the Internet or private network either among enterprises . To date, BtoB e-commerce has been of the greatest potential for doing business and it is thus essential to study BtoB e-commerce.Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with weak information infrastructure generally do not have their own e-commerce system; thus are not able to exchange data and information with other enterprises or consumers. To effectively implement and promote the application of BtoB e-commerce among SMEs, one of the measures is to establish economic, practical, efficient and secure e-business platform, solving SMEs'e-commerce problem. Because of the complexity, strict security requirements, fast development and changes of e- commerce forms, a platform is required to provide sufficient complexity, flexibility and expandability to meet the demand for e-commerce.In the development process of e-commerce system, efficient e-commerce technology is required to adapt the ever-changing market environment and business model. To achieve this, this paper analyses e-commerce application mode of SMEs , the general framework of the e-commerce platform, the functions of the platform offered on the basis of analysing the e-commerce developing situation in Chinese enterprises . The main works in the paper have done as follows:Firstly, the primary principles of BtoB e-commerce , the implementation procedure , the functions of the platform are analysed, the system architecture of SMEs is proposed. The system of BtoB e- commerce consists of hardware environment, operation system platform and e-commerce platform. The e-commerce platform consists of WEB database platform, e-commerce application support platform, e-commerce service platform and e-commerce operation platform from bottom to the up.Secondly, the software development platform J2EE and .NET are compared, the J2EE is selected as the main development platform of the e-commerce system; and then the BtoB e-commerce critica business flow based on the technology of work flow is studied, the framework of workflow engine is presented , the principle to design , the representation of the way to implement the organization is seted forth.Finally, the application mode of SMEs e- commerce, the general design requirements of e- commerce platform and some modules business flow are discribed; the WEB database platform, e-commerce application support platform and e-commerce business platform are designed seperately.In a word, an efficient, stable, secure BtoB e- commerce platform solution based on workflow and J2EE is proposed and designed in the study.
