As the all-round development of enterprises and office automation chain, the traditional office information processing technology has been can not adapt to the needs the development of modern enterprises, especially the needs of corporate chain. The development of office automation business, along with the development of information technology and increasingly fierce competition in the commercial chain, enterprises no longer be satisfied with relatively independent, relatively fragmented office automation, but required a comprehensive, integrated solutions, both based on work flow of office automation system. This will improve the quality of office and office efficiency, improve decision-making scientific and correct and the competitiveness of enterprises, are of great significance. In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of the current office automation, based on the design and implementation of the chain of enterprise management information systems office. The system mainly uses the B / S (Browser / Server) mode and collaborative groupware product Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino, integration into the workflow management idea, to build Internet and Intranet-based chain of office management information systems. System includes the General office, document processing, personnel management, such as a number of functional modules. In the implementation process, the system relating to the use of modeling theory and technology to complete the system and database design, object-oriented methods and component technology implementation of the system's main business module, and take advantage of existing enterprise LAN implementation of database and information visit. At safety, the system takes full account of WEB-based database security measures to ensure data security. In order to achieve this, the author has accomplished the following major tasks:Conducted an overall system analysis and design, and studied the main cases and data streams involved in the system;Created a system model and the major subsystem modules division according to the functional requirement;Planned and designed the management database and other data sheets;Programmed for management system and other major subsystems, and debugged the program.
