Web Services-based Work Flow System Design

It will enhance the systems flexibility due to the WorkFlow separates the process logic from the function logic.Therefore,it is a good choice to use the WorkFlow to implement the automation in the business process inside of the corporation as well as between corporations,which will greatly enhance the efficiency of a corporations operation.The traditional WorkFlow exerts certain advantages in the application of the idiographic industry,but with the development of the network technology and the increase of the operation function of the system and the hugeness of the scope,the traditional WorkFlow is causing a series of problems during the application in some corporations.Therefore,combining the service- oriented WorkFlow management with application system can not only resolve difficult problems that some traditional WorkFlow cannot figure out,but also improve the corporations adaptability to IT as well as nimble ability.All the forgoing factors makes the corporation's process service achieve the best reuse.This paper describes the design and realization of WorkFlow Management System based on the Web Services,mainly including the following contents:First,introduces the architecture and the referential model of the Workflow Management System,expatiates on the feature and the advantage of the Web Services and analyses the Workflow which bases on the Web Services.Second,introduces the need analysis and the design of the WorkFlow System based on the Web Services,including the item statement,WorkFlow service component and the design of the Data Collection audit process.Finally,implements the full function of the WorkFlow service component,including the expanding function of the organization model, information model,control model and implementation of the Data Collection audit process.This WorkFlow System uses the Web Services access which can resolve the business link problems among every nodes when crossing systems.In this way,it optimizes the problem of system border flow which the traditional WorkFlow can not resolve,and overcomes such disadvantages as lower reuse level and so on.The WorkFlow referred in this paper offers the union management and lowers the cost of optimization,update and maintenance.
