| The research object of this thesis is the effects of the management information system (MIS) of telecommunication value-added service have on the operation of telecommunication enterprises. Based on practical development experiences, this thesis starts with systems analysis and elements effecting business operation, undertakes a comprehensive analysis of the problem appearing in the process of the construction of MIS, and then establishes the whole system.The thesis mainly analyses the demands of the telecommunication enterprises on operation management, charging inquiry and resource management, and also analyses the objects and the principles on system designing, and then particularly expatiating the management information system framework and the overall design functional requests. The framework of the MIS of telecommunication value-added service is composed of three parts: superficial layer, business logical layer and data layer. The system overall design functional requests mainly includes limits function and charging inquiry flow function. This thesis takes the realizing process of the background management system of the MIS of Beijing Honglian 95 Information Ltd. Co. as an example, discusses the design and the realizing of the telecommunication of MIS, with a realizing analysis of instrument selection, data base design, charging inquiry page layout, system management, charging data inquiry.Through the standardization management of daily business flow, the MIS of telecommunication value-added service ensures the effectiveness and accurateness of the charging information as well as dealing with business and fatuity in time, which would truly achieve social and enterprises' benefits. |
