The value-added telecom service for enterprise relies on the existing telecommunications infrastructure, the use of electronic means to their services and business activities electronic. This value-added telecom service provides the different application solution for enterprise. Because of the inherent disadvantages with traditional network architecture, the value-added telecom service based on this network architecture faces some performance problems. The peer-to-peer (P2P) technology has been widely used in the field of networking technology, and greatly enhanced the information in the network, bandwidth and computing resources utilization. As a kind of distributed network architecture, P2P technology can resolve the problems of traditional network architecture thoroughly. Use of this property, the P2P technology will be applied to the value-added telecom service for enterprise and the internal enterprise file sharing will be implemented in this paper. In this paper, the theories of P2P and JXTA protocols are deep researched, the platform of the value-added telecom service for enterprise based on P2P is proposed. The method to build the P2P virtual network using the enterprise interior existing network is designed. Everyone in the enterprise can dynamically join the network platform. The content management services (CMS) in JXTA is studied. An improved file searching method in CMS which according to content based query routing is worked out. The file-sharing application framework based on this P2P network is implemented. The key problem is solved by JXTA Java Reference Model.
