The advances in the new communication technologies such as the Internet and World Wide WEB are creating a virtual world of networked citizens communicating with each other via the computer screens.The computer-supported communication technologies such as electronic mail,electronic boards,on-line conferencing are all changing the way we interact and communicate with each other presumably making us more efficient and marketable information resources for the 21 century. Researchers have hypothesized and are how the fusion of networked computers and communications technologies will change the of how we think,work,collaborate and coordinate at the workplace,break down geographical barriers of space and time, and crumble organizational hierarchies.However,the human impact on how these emerging communication technologies are affecting the quality of our lives,our health,our relationships,our ability to comprehend and understand each other better,is little understood the impact of communication technologies such as electronic mail discussed.Whereas the electronic bulletin boards and electronic conferencing has been studied extensively the impact of WEB-mediated communications(WMC) technologies in the workplace has received little attention.The WEB-mediated communication is providing increased opportunities for many-to-many and one-to-many interactions,collaboration and information exchange that was not present in the old CMC technologies.In the past five years,the Intranet-based WMC technology has changed the modes of organization communication.Intranets today have created a new networked workplace where people interact with each other primarily by networked computers and the WEB.In the first place,this article is in connection with problems of the Intranet e marketing,from theoretical to be explained to achieve the function of Intranet e marketing system levels.Secondly,on basis of analyzing the system,expatiate on which of e marketing function.The research work is mainly as following:1.Discuss the theories of system Intranet network marketing,and the function of system network marketing etc.2,illuminate the system of implementation in detail,mainly includes: the environment of programming,the strategy of programming,the process of implementation,the result,and so on.In the end,this paper summarize my work simply.
