Data synchronization technology can help enterprises to improve overall system performance.This paper describes the background and significance of the research project, analyzing the data synchronization method currently used, based on the internet from the enterprise data synchronization to intranet, and intranet to internet data synchronization business needs, is proposed for business internal and external data synchronization method of network system and build a solution based on the method of application data synchronization, system analysis, design and coding.This paper research combines enterprise business management, using XML as a data description language, to achieve intranet and internet data synchronization.
