Research On The Key Technology Of Integrated SCM System Based On Internet/Intranet And Its Application

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is an advanced model for enterprise management. By means of SCM, the enterprise can accelerate its operation, establish good relationships with vendors and improve the service for customers. The implementation of SCM system is the guarantee for the enterprise to adopt SCM. The author presents the SCM system based on internet/intranet and studies it from the following aspects:1. The integrate models and structures of this SCM system are studied.2. The technology linking web and database of this SCM system is analyzed. On the basis of careful analyses of several solutions, ASP is adopted as linking technology, and the methods and steps are also put forward.3. Based on the principles of the software engineering, the process of developing the software of this SCM system is introduced from the aspects of feasibility, requirement, general design, module development, debugging. By means of ASP, C++Builder and MS SQL Server, the method of developing this SCM system is presented.4. The safety operation of this SCM system is studied on the categories of potential dangers, and their manifestations and solutions.Finally, the author outlines his conclusions and the developing trend of SCM.
