The system can realize to fix the process in the system, but can not setup up the plan system.As the ERP systems of the local company are all based on the theory of Infinite Capacity Schedule, so accually there does not exist standard solution package which fit for Chinese customers' requirement.This paper bases on the project of Ufida company's ERP system, which is a develop&application project, and discuss Advanced Planning and Scheduling's technical solution. This technical solution include both solution of package design and method of develop process. This paper analyze the management problems of small&medium companys, then discuss limited capacity schedule's theory, and analyze the certain solution. The functions are sales order and forecast consumption,limited robust capacity schedule,limited accurate capacity schedule, and also define the critical process of manufacture and purchase plan. This paper also analyze the framework of system based on the plug-in technology and describe two sub systems of reserved capacity system and capacity plan, and the interface of other sub systems of the whole ERP system.
