Since 1990's, the demand to the integration of supply chain is linked with dynamic changes of economic, developing trend of information technology and transformation of supply chain. With the rapid growth of information technology, globalization of economic and market competition, enterprises are seeking integrated information technology from not only inside but also outside, even from social resources, and the firm support from social information network and application services through rapid and efficient network communication. Cored with brand company, the virtual enterprises quickly respond dynamic market opportunity and compose collaborative supply chain to gain advantage of rapidity, cost, quality and service.Headquarter in Norway, BRG is an international company playing an important role in food, fine chemical and energy business. BRG has implemented ERP system in the whole organization. Accompanied by the expansion of international business and operation, BRG's supply chain becomes unsteady and moves into a new stage: new plants in and old plants out annually. BRG used to buy ready-made application systems which are independent and hard to integrate with other systems. IT dept is also facing substantial technology, structure and system due to M&A of IT industry. Penetrating into emerged markets, such as China, India, Brazil, South Africa, etc, BRG made small and medium sized enterprises as main part of supply chain. Those substantial SME are flexible and demand an intergraded standard supply chain platform.This paper firstly analyses current situation and demand of BRG's supply chain, secondly proposes a virtual integrated platform of supply chain based on E-Hub technology, emphasis on system structure, function mould and operation mode, finally probes implement and application of this system in BRG. Based on an open platform of network, E-Hub provides not only convenience communication, database-sharing and business integration, but also message delivery among business partners, shielding complexity from rapidly changing standards, eliminating manual and duplicative efforts and enabling a new level of process integration and business intelligence.As an independent virtual platform of supply chain system, E-Hub enables big-sized companies to integrate directly with the most popular enterprise resource planning applications without major changes to current systems. Small and medium-sized businesses can comply with requests from large business partners in a low-cost and efficient manner, while also reaping the benefits of integrated business-to-business e-commerce. By serving large and small customers jointly and distinctly, E-Hub streamline cross-enterprise business processes.This paper contributes to the reference of supply chain among multinational companies.
