Recently,CMOS Image Sensor which is solid-state circuit the same as CCD,has developed quickly.Because it has a lot of advantages,such as high integrity,low power,simple technics,and short developing cycle that are different from the intrinsic disadvantages of CCD as complicated driving circuit,low data and frame rate,low integrity and high power,CMOS Image Sensor is widely used in industry, surveillance,avigation and spaceflight affairs.The developed countries have used CMOS Image Sensor in the domain of space exploration and navigation such as star trackers and cameras for remote sensing images.In this thesis,the author selects CMOS Image Sensor as the photoelectric convertor and focuses on the engineer implement method of High-Definition imaging system based on CMOS Image Sensor.The focuses of the thesis are as follows:1 The history of digital high-definition imaging technique is studied and the structure,cardinal principles and technical parameters are also discussed in detail.2 With IBIS5-A-1300 as research subject,a typical kind of CMOS image sensor and after the thorough analysis of the work principle and characteristic parameters of it,the total design scheme of High-Definition imaging system on CMOS imager is elaborated.3 All the digital functions are implemented in a piece of FPGA and are as follows:√The driving design of image sensor.√The realization of color interpolation.√Color space conversion from RGB to YCrCb.√The synthesization of serial digital video.4 The design of Serial Digital Interface.Experiments show that the system works stably and has low dissipation.The images captured by this system have good effects.At last,the thesis makes out summarization and indicates the deficiencies and how to improve its performance. This system will be a useful reference for other similar design in this domain.
