The Yancheng E-government System Exchange Platform For The Design And Implementation

E-government development has become one of the most important areas of the modern information. During the e-government implementation process, the system due to government organs at all levels between the system architecture, operating system platform and database platform differences, resulting in the incapability to interconnection between networks, and the application can not be interoperability between systems, no data sharing and exchange, thus forming many message islands, causing countless digital divides. During the construction of e-government, it is necessary solve the problem of the exchange between different formats for data, therefore there is an urgent need for the establishment of e-government system for data exchange platform.The emerging of XML and Web services technology provides possibility to achieve a low-cost, simple and effective way to exchange of technical basis. This essay first introduced on the exchange of heterogeneous data related technologies (XML and Webservice), and e-government egXML regulate the design, and then to Yancheng e-government system for data exchange platform for example, detailed data exchange platform for e-government construction of the overall framework , functions, and the exchange of official documents is the key to achieving procedures.
