E-government Systems In A Distributed Heterogeneous Data Exchange Platform For Research And Design,

Building infobahn and planning information network to improve the development of polity,economy,culture have already become the common view of the governments of all countries in the world.The E-Government that become the chiefly application field of infobahn. In recent years, the development of our country E-Government comes across an outstanding problem which is the "information isolated island ".That is to say, because of the different structures between these applied systems that belong to different gonvernment, these applied system is hard to carry out data exchanges with each other, can't make each system be in conjunction with a work availably,can't face to end customer to provide an one-stop service.Therefor,it is urgent to establish data exchange platform for E-Government to solve that problem.XML is the data format and data exchange standard that is put forward by W3C, the XML Web services is the cores of next generation distribute system. Base on these standards,technology and SOA design method, the author proposed the thought of distribute data exchange platform system based on SOA, realized data exchange platform system prototype with .NET software development platform, designed and carried out the key module named of data exchange platform which is called Work flow manage center. So, the data exchange platform system has realized the data sharing and exchanging progress between different local areas applied system and the restoring their business process.Based on the above research, the thesis has built a multistage data exchange platform for somewhere chemical industry garden area E-Government system. It can realizing the data exchange between the different departments, facilitating work, raising the government handles affairs efficiency and providing more convenient and fast service for business enterprise and public.
