For a long time,there are many common problems in government information integration and sharing,which have puzzled and affected the construction of government information sharing in China.First,in the construction of e-government,there are objectively such problems as "separate government,segmentation of blocks,stacks,isolated information islands" and so on.Second,there are "many data sources and data composition" in the data acquisition stage.Chaos,data quality fragmentation and "no source code,no integrator" have no uniform data format standard and technical support,which increase the difficulty and cost of sharing and exchanging.How to research and design the "Government Data Sharing and Exchange Platform",effectively "break the data barrier,open the data island",and realizing government data security and controllable "on-demand scheduling and timely sharing" is an important problem to be solved in the current "government data sharing and exchange platform".This thesis combines the ideas and management methods of software engineering,aiming at structured data,aiming at different types of information systems and data types(for stock-built business systems,incremental new business systems and proprietary domain systems),adopts a multi-technology integration approach,from the aspects of source data acquisition,transmission,storage,cleaning,processing,comparison and providing unified services to the outside world.“ Government Data Sharing and Exchange Platform "is deeply analyzed and studied.Innovative explorations are made in data multi-source collection,data integration,data application,data sharing and exchange and information integration.Business requirements such as data application and use,exchange process,sharing and exchange management,interface service management and other functional requirements,performance requirements and security requirements are analyzed.Using REST technology architecture,the system is designed and implemented in aloosely coupled way in modules and layers.Under the current top-level design framework of government data sharing,technological innovation is first tried to break down the data barrier brought by traditional information construction.Through exploring and solving the difficulties and pain points that have puzzled the government data sharing opening for a long time,and providing solutions,the development suggestions of optimizing the open mechanism of government data sharing are put forward in the aspects of data collection,transmission,application,dispatch and use?This thesis designs and implements the "Government Data Sharing and Exchange Platform".By using "Yanyun DaaS Technology" for the stock business application system,API interface encapsulation for the incremental system,and the precipitation of intermediate subject library for the proprietary domain system or the system with low data timeliness requirements,the source system can be effectively slaved.Acquisition and acquisition of government data;unified encapsulation,management and control of API interface and unified standard format are realized through the construction of interface management service system;orderly and fair sharing and exchange of government data across systems are realized;high concurrency of data,large quantities of real-time interaction and number are realized through the construction of shared exchange management system.Data security transmission,access control,data scheduling,routing exchange,Implementing effective "on-demand scheduling and timely sharing" of government data.
