Data Exchange In E-government System And Achieve

The E-govemment system is constructed on the information system of each government department.It regards the database of each government department as a part shared. While the information system of our government is developed in different periods, by different companies, with different tools, in different developing platforms , and the system runs on different operating systems and different database platforms. These are the main reasons that cause " isolated island of information " .The foundational work to establish the official working platform of the cross government department is to realize the transparent exchange of the information between the different systems and the old and new systems.It is the most important thing to set up secure, stable , high performance , cross-platform , cross-system , cross-application,cross-region data exchange platform. The systems of every department and every profession will carry on data exchange through this platform in unison, so the resource of the whole E-government system can be shared.Through the design and realization of the data exchange system of an E-govemment system, this article discussed the implementation method of the data exchange system under the environment of B/S structure and Internet. It introduced some requirements for the data exchange system in the E-government system and had general presentation about the system.Then it detailedly discribled the basic function of the system and implemented it.
