Smoothness and accuracy criterions are important items which can be used to demonstrate the quality of the fresh air system. In order to evaluate the fresh air system conveniently and rapidly, a smoothness detecting and controlling system is designed for outdoor air handler, based on the ARM Embedded system according to the national criterion of average per person's new atmosphere. This system has a very applicable scope in the central air-conditioning system of modern building safety digital and informationizition improvement.According to the project's special details,the paper introduces the control contents of the outdoor air handler and proposes the monitoring pattern that suits this project.Based on the model new atmosphere system's monitor and the control requests,it mainly introduces the method to realize the blast temperature control and the requirements to the software and hard 's design.In this paper, the architecture of monitor system based on ARM LPC2294 andμC/OS-Ⅱis brought forward depended on the characteristic of this Monitoring platform and the merit of theμC/OS-ⅡSystem.The hardware design project and principle are presented in detail, including the sensor and the single-chip microcomputer select, the signal processing circuit, the real-time clock circuit and the key-board circuit , etc. In the software design,it analyzes the kernel of the EmbeddedμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system,introduces the process management,the interrupt response and disposal,the mechanism of the Embedded system kernel. EmbeddedμC/OS-Ⅱtransplanting process is introduced,including building the development environment,bootloader coding,and haraware device drivers for each functional module are completed. In the design of the system,the requirement of electro magneticim munity(EMC)had been given suficient consideration,an defective anti-interference measure is applied to hardware,software and PCB board which enhances the system's reliability,the stability and antijamming ability.This paper presents the basic structure of this controlling system,the function modules and the key technology separately.At last the system's realizability,reliability,stability and real-time nature has been tested by several debugging and testing procedures which confirmed the feasibility of this system, and made further improvements programmes and measures that is very useful for the application in the project.
