IC Handler which is applied to the circuit packaging and testing areas, provides chip sorting and auxiliary test functions dedicated IC test equipment.Press-test structure is the key to the structure of IC handler, which provides IC press and test functioon.Its test accuracy and test stability directly influence test-chip’s reliability and efficiency, and determines the handler’s unit time production (UPH). To improve the precision and stability of the press-test structure of IC Handler, the thesis study from four aspects:load arm structural rigidity and strength, pressure level of the floating structure structural design parameters, load structure vertical floating design, the structure of the vacuum load response performance. This thesis content is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly expounds the background and the significance, the research status at home and abroad, the content and research ideas, and the research methods and main key technique of this paper.The second chapter introduces the problem of measuring arm structure lack of strength and large deformation, static simulation of arm structure, material selection scheme is obtained. The paper introduces longitudinal and symmetrical load distribution layout of two structure optimization, and simulation verify the feasibility of the optimization scheme of structure. According to the simulation results, two optimization schemes can greatly reduce work stress, improve the stiffness of the structure, reduce the deformation and achieve the purpose and requirements of arm structure optimization.The third chapter introduces the floating structure design relies on experience and lack of theoretical analysis, from the point of view of statics analysis of the existing ball floating back characteristics, the ball and the tapered slot geometry, a top spring coefficient, material and other factors to consider, establish the ball offset to a mathematical model. Through the simulation data simulation, analysis parameters on the floating return effect, given the ball floating structure optimal design reference value. The simulation and analysis of dynamic characteristics of ball float process, provide a theoretical basis and data structure design for such floating experience.The fourth chapter introduces the vertical floating force output instability caused by the crushing circuit, the existing vertically floating scheme research, diaphragm cylinder working mechanism and motion characteristics analysis, analysis and calculation on initial output force and cylinder working principle, research output force stroke characteristics, put forward feedback sensor schedule optimization scheme based on, and the analytic hierarchy process to optimize the comprehensive performance of the sensor. This paper verified the experimental design and get stable, diaphragm cylinder stroke, and put forward the improvement measures on the design of the existing parts of the floating structure.The fifth chapter introduces the pressure arm transfer process, mechanical hand to take circuit crushing circuit problems, in order to improve the stability of the test circuit, analysis of the main performance parameters and working principle of the vacuum generator.This vacuum generator gas consumption calculation model, and the vacuum generator and failure response time analysis, theoretical formulas and parameters affecting the response time is. And experimental verification of two kinds of vacuum generator performance, combined with the data record and the theoretical formula, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the selection and configuration of pipeline vacuum generator, vacuum system.The sixth chapter summarizes the research contents and results, the prospect of future research work.
