Research On Control System Of Test Handler For Subminiature Integrated Circuits

Research on control system of Test handler for subminiature integrated circuits,it can mark the chip,image detection,electrical performance testing,Waste recycling and taping.According to the test results to deal with the chip,a nd finally put a good chip tape packing or good material recovery.Firstly,research on the direct drive motor for high-speed precision positioning control in turret testing handler,establishing the mathematical model of direct drive motor.Under the environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK to establish dire ct-drive motor simulation model.Secondly,the overall design of the testing handler control system is carried out.The performance index requirements and station functional requirements of the test sorter are an alyzed.And designed the hardware structure with the IPC as the core controller.In software systems,design the software architecture and operation logic of the test sorter control system,through the comparison of C/S and B/S modes,select the C/S schema and improve it,on the improved three layer software architecture,the execution unit interface is designed using object-oriented thinking.In the way of work,using multithreading synchronous control technology and message processing mechanism method.On the establishment of the database,create E-R diagrams,analyze the relationships between entities of a system,building system library tables with Access,and uses ADO technology to carry on various operations to the database,the interface function module is systematically tested and analyzed,and the motor simulation analysis shows that direct drive motor cont rollers are designed very well.The general development method for test handler using turret has been successfully used in a practical production sys tem.The results show that the test handler using turntable has good versatility,and the logiccontrol method is flexible,simple and efficient.
