Soa Architecture-based Mobile Operator Support System Design And Realization

With increased competition in mobile application, the telecom carriers are confronted with more pressure and challenges. Industrial monopolies are broken in recent years because of the liberalization of the telecommunications market. In one side, China Mobile must confront the challenge in mobile business from China Unicom. On the other hand, China Mobile is seeking new points to extend its business in the fields of data and transmission. It's the important issue for China Mobile on how to effectively manage, safeguard self resources and improve their competitiveness.BOSS (Business Operate Support System) has some core features including customer service, business operating and managements. The system provides a complete solution on business operating and management platform.In this paper, it introduces the basic concepts and features of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). Subsequently, the paper presents a typical architecture model of SOA and provides a available technical solution basing on the architecture model given in the paper.Afterwards, the paper makes a further careful analysis on the business requirements and problems of BOSS. It gives an intro of the project and the goals of project in detail. The paper presents a design based on SOA, and does a detailed explain on architecture design of the system. In the project, the author participates in the development of business and billing subsystem of BOSS 2.0, making a thorough description on important module design and the implementation of the project.The new system gets good performance, and meets the needs of project. The processing capabilities of BOSS are promoted, and reaction time of the system is reduced. It verifies that the enterprise architecture design based on SOA can promote the agility of enterprise software and bring high reusability to BOSS.
