Customer Service SystemOn one hand, the customer service system can provide customers with the convenient and efficient service, on the other hand, it also can gurantee the necessary functions of the network when the new service begins.4. Decision Supporting SystemThe main task for decision supporting system is to collect data dynamically and selectively, update the valid information from data source and the external related information .By intelligently analyzing ,processing, predicting, simulation to these data, finally, the efficient, scientific, and effective reports will be provided to decision makers and professionals, to help with there work.5. IP Network Management SystemThe main task for IP Network Management System is to ensure the system working normally.This thesis focuses on the compoments of the system, followed by the composition,function,technical implementation method and theory of each module.
