With the development of society informatization, the proportion of network information resources in society information is growing rapidly. The study about network information sharing is becoming a focused issue in the fields of library science, informatics, economics and the science of law. In recently years, most attentions were paid on the joint construction and sharing of digital resources between libraries. Few works discussed the efficiency of sharing on the viewpoint of all society. In this paper, the information resources , which have been published formally on the network, will be focused. By means of game theory, the relation between supply and demand of network information will be researched as a sharing issue. The Information Content Providers (ICPs) and the users are regarded as the players in the game. Several game models are built, including the model between the ICPs , the ICPs and the users, between the members in the purchase alliance. By analyzing the point of equilibrium in games, the relationship between the players and the players'payoffs are indicated. In the end, the measures of improving the sharing efficiency are suggested in two aspects, institutional arrangement and sharing participants.
