Internet has brought about one global information revolution. The rapid development of Internet, not only changing the traditional data access, data sharing and data distribution approach; but also having produced very big impingement in information performance and methods of data analysis as well as gaining and using way of data at the same time. Regarding the vigorous development in minerals enterprise, the realization of advanced network technology and office automation must also put on the agenda inevitably. But,the majority of mine enterprise's management which does not match with the prosperity market was still obsolete and backward. The low efficiency, the difference management, the slow decision-making, has greatly hindered the step of the enterprise's development. The mine enterprise resources information network management system is in view of the mine industry enterprise's realistic requirement, using the computer network technology and the GIS correlation technology, carries on the conformity to enterprise's each resources information and the data, the realization of scientific and real-time management, thus speeds up the enterprise decision-making, enhances the competitiveness of enterprises. This Study bases on the liberty(or opensource)software and integrated exploitation implement such as MapServer, MapLab and so on. Using MS4W as the system architecture, PHP/Mapscript as the development language,MySQL as background database. Using computer technology, network technology, related methods of database and principles of GIS to build up a WebGIS application service system system according to OGC norm, which based on the Web Map Services standard. And integrate the develop form, book and various investigation data and relevance document in process of the mineral resources exploration, development and utilization to build the mine enterprise resource information network management system which contain the mine space data and the document data. For be easy to expand and apply, system adopts modularization design. Modular design is in accordance with the characteristics of user requirements, adding the corresponding module, providing the user with options to achieve customized level. When designing the system concretely , according to the classification and management of the mine enterprise resource information, System is composed of two modules: One is Maps Resource Module; the other is Document Resource Module.R & D network system directly applied to the Lianghe Tin Mine. System has collected a lot of Lianghe maps and documentations which have been classified and arranged in the last 20 years in Lianghe Tin Mine. According to system design, it will be divided into two modules: Map Resources Module: manage the various graphic data and attribute data in the development of natural resources, the main function is "Map View, Zoom In/Out, overlaying analysis and attribute inquirement"; Document Resource Module: manage the various document data, such as Word, Excel and so on. In addition , since the mineral enterprises such information has a direct economic value, commercial enterprises are confidential and therefore, the system has added a "User Authentication and Administrator Module": its landing user identity authentication to prevent unauthorized users invasive, reducing the risk of leakage of data; while managers may be in accordance with his authority to change user information and delete users. The case consists of three modules finally. The results of research showed that: System design entirely feasible, achieving the designed objectives, and the system has the reliability, low-cost, high-performance, rapid updating, easy expansion, cross-platform, and many other characteristics.
