Based On Of Tms320dm642 The Bvr Outlook System Software Design

Software design of VFMDM642,which is a digital image processing system,was researched in this article.VFMDM642 based on TI's TMS320DM642 processor is a sub-system of the OTH observation system.The OTH observation system,the application scene of VFMDM642 Digital Image Processing System,has been briefly introduced firstly.The OTH observation system is a sort of all-weather,automatic,wide-angle,wide-spectrum remote intelligent OTH surveillance equipment.It can be widely used in activities such as forest fire prevention, the border defense and astronomical observation.Next,the function framework of digital image processing system was introduced.This is the basis for sol,are design.VFMDM642 adopted the classic frame with DM642 and FPGA,and also involved the innovation.It creatively used the video codec chip with wide temperature range and high-precision called ADV718x and ADV7170,and achieved the hardware OSD with the original model RGB output.Finally it was narrated respectively from the two aspects of driver and application.In the area of driver,the programming on the ADV718x and ADV7170 driver is mainly described,at the same time the CSL and programming on the driver of other peripheral are also involved.In the area of application,the realization of the acquisition and playback of the video,user interaction,starting up by itself and compressed storage and transmission is mainly explained.
