Grade Computer Application Of Professional Skills Development

The secondary vocational education is an important component of vocational.education system in China. Since the early days of 11th Five-Year Plan, China has increased investment on the secondary education in order to let high, medium and primary skilled worker's proportion achieve the level of medium developed country and form harmonious development state with the economic society before 2020. In current secondary vocational education, although the curriculum has been positively reformed and the level of skills training has been raised, there is still a large gap between the skills training of computer application and professional employment needs of enterprises. The main reasons as follows: 1. The goal and content of the skills training in secondary vocational education is divorced from employment demand, enterprise needs and the actual level of students. 2. The methods and means of skills training are lack of hierarchy, systemic, scientific and so on. 3. The access to achieve the purpose of training is single.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of computer application skills training in vocational school. Based on the investigations which are specially designed for students and enterprises, the paper analyzes the occupational structure that professional capacity requires and clear the target and content that computer application skills training in secondary vocational education focused on. The paper carries out preliminary practice study of training methods and means for various training objectives, content and different levels of ability based on the theoretical studies. In conclusion, the paper wants to provide a workable programs and channels for computer application skills training in secondary vocational education.
