As the technologies in terms of computer, network, database, work flow and integration continuously develop, more and more integration and deepening of relative applications have been carried through in the field of engineering technology. The purposes of this paper are as follows: how to combine internet applications of present aero engine stability specialty with one another through these modern technologies which are mentioned above, building public flat with information technology to form an integrated service environment; sharing various resources (eg. software, computing data and historical data) within specialty, and then making every department work coherently as an organic unity to realize system optimization as well as comprehensive benefit; meanwhile, making criterion for relative resources and organizing them scientifically to give the professionals convenient and swift service. This paper is based on the aero engine stability integrated system. It has great significance on the perfection and development of design system in China Gas Turbine Establishment and even the whole aero engine industry.The main content discussed in this paper is as follows:This paper gives the concepts of work flow and system integration technology. The design idea of aero engine integrated system which is based on work flow technology has also been analyzed. The matter of how to integrate and manage the validated engine stability design software by classification with the use of system integrated technology in a distributed environment (operating system, network and database) has been presented. To realize design computing by the support of design software choosing, computing process, data input and work submitting, and then save computing data (input/output) into database to complete one design process work. In doing so, user can check data or take mathematical processing at any moment.This paper has analyzed and designed the project of work flow mode and integrated technology that take the engine stability specialty as experimental project in detail according to the concept mentioned above. The work flow model analysis and data structure design and realization in planning and design stages of engine stability project have been accomplished.This paper finally carries out aero engine stability integrated system which is based on work flow technology according to the software frameworks and technology project proposed above. It applies triple- layers software systematical structure that is based on J2EE technology and B/S structure.This paper has presented the function realization of aero engine stability integrated system which is based on work flow technology, and evaluated the performance of aero engine stability with the application of professional example. The result of evaluation indicates that the performance of this integrated design system achieves the program aim.
