Based On Process Management, Information Systems Empirical Research

With information technology as the representative of the new technological revolution triggered a human society unprecedented social, organizational, cultural, environmental aspects and profound change, and modern enterprise management with a far-reaching impact. A growing number of enterprises to use information technology to carry out operations management, so that it can better develop business planning, good decision-making enterprises, and improve enterprise efficiency.This article mainly mentions analysis and design of management information system (WXMIS) which based on business flow and process flow, through modern management theory and information technology, and evaluates system application as well.Firstly, based on the developed Principle of management, information technique and network technique, the article investigates and analyzes the actuality of WXMIS. By the means of analysis to the structure system, the detailed operation flow diagram and data flow diagram get to be drawn.Secondly, following the Principle of systemic design, the article contains the network system design, databases structure design, systemic structural module chart design so as to build the WXMIS.Finally, by analyzing and evaluating the realization of the system for Semiconductor Service Corporation(SSC) in the actual work, we obtain successful experiences of the MIS applied to SSC. This article provides a new solution to the work of management for SSC and a feasible model for the management work in SSC field towards modernization,scientification and informatization.
