Software Outsourcing Enterprises To Quantify The Management Of Research And Practice

CMMI theory is selected to establish the OSSP of our software company in this article, in order to forecast and control software project management. This can help us make our software company succeed and achieve our objective to quantitative manage our projects.According to the need of quantitative project management in CMMI L4 ,we do the following things: Build the OPP/QPM process for our software company; Accomplish the gap analysis report of our software company; Establish new company goal this year; Aim at the goal; select relevant measurement items /objectives /bound /definition /structure /regulations/ plan and the way we estimate result of measurement; After that we design and establish the baseline and model for organization; At the same time learn the method to use SPC tools; Finally carry out all the tasks above in project A and successfully quantitative manage project A.Use PSM method , SPC technology and XmR control chart, we can achieve the need of quantitative project management in CMMI L4,finally quantitative manage software outsourcing projects.
