Analysis And Research On The Model Of Software Quality Measurement In Small And Medium Company

With the development of the information industry, the people's requirements to the software quality become more and more high. But because there are not clear norm and assessing standard at present, and software quality control and assessment are not well developed on the aspects of theory and technology, therefore, there are a lot of difficult problems to control software product quality systematically and objectively for decades.Because the factors which affect the quality of the software are blurry, it is difficult to evaluate the quality of the software. At first this paper gives the definition of software quality, introduces the basic content of software quality management, the factors which affect software quality management, the problems of the software quality management, two kinds of software quality assuring system and the importance of software measurement to software quality. Then it introduces the methods of software quality measurement, gives five models of software quality measurement briefly, compares the models with each other, bring forward a new model of software quality measurement. The new model includes measurement structure and measurement method. According to measurement structure we can establish guideline system of measurement. This structure has three layers, the first is quality characteristic which faces governors and users, and the second is the seed of quality characteristic which faces the software, and is the detailed introduce of the quality characteristic, and the third is measurement also called indicator quantification layer which is the detailed value given by users and reflects the stand or fall of the software. On the base of the guideline system of measurement in the layer of measurement structure we can have a quantitative integrated evaluation of the software quality. in the layer of measurement method layer. In this layer, how to confirm the weight of factors is pivotal. This paper puts forward a new AHP through uniting the AHP and the Delphi.At last, through an example it gives a detailed introduce of the new model, and the result of the example reflects the rationality of the new model.
