Heat pump has been used widely to all kinds of architectures which are used as industry, business and civilian. But one of the main deficiency is that surface of heat exchange fans in air oil pipe outdoors will frost, when wind cooling heat pump unit run in heating operating mode in winter and outdoors temperature is lower, evaporating temperature is lower than 0℃. Nowadays, the heat topic of refrigeration is that COP coefficient of performance of heat pump unit's supplying heat mode is low, and work stabilization performance of system's heating mode is low. To solve the problem, many scholar have lots of theory discussion and experiment research. Solar assisted heat pump multi-function machine put forward in this article can not only be used as refrigeration and heating, but also supply with life heat water. Because of this technology makes use of solar energy and air heat source maximum, COP coefficient rises dramatically and solving the frost of surface of heat exchange fans in air oil pipe outdoors. This technology can combine heat pump energy-saving which is driving to mature and high commercial degree with solar energy. It offsets the shortage of both heat pump energy-saving and solar energy. And it has merit of compact configuration, multi-form, credible circulation, distinct energy-saving, long life and so on.The professor, Yang Qianming, in Shandong University of Science and Technology bring forward SAHPM to solve the problems mentioned above. This article aimed at the character of the system explores a set of monitored control system. The system can carry out three-operating mode switch and collection, show and memory of experiment data.This article presents monitor scheme according to system's monitored control and control request on the basis of operating principle of SAHPM. The control system is made up of master control module, analog input module, and temperature input module. This article analyses the principle of temperature,humidity,pressure and flow sensor as well as lectotype scheme. And it also presents control scheme of SAHPM, compressor's energy regulation scheme, the lectotype scheme of man-machine interface. SAHPM-CAT system presents the lectotype scheme of man-machine interface, realizes operating mode choose,setting value input,real-time digital display of temperature, pressure and flux,real-time curve display, history record.
