Knowledge transfer is an important guarantee and precondition for science development and will push forward human civilization. It is critical for knowledge creation, organization learning and performance. There are different knowledge transfer modes between two people, and they will impact knowledge transfer and further affect performance and knowledge innovation. At the same time, different organizations have diverse transfer modes in distribution. Besides, organizations' structure will affect knowledge transfer and the effect of knowledge transfer will impress the structure conversely. Under the circumstances, it is necessary to work over the effect of knowledge transfer in organizations compose by different transfer modes and evolution of knowledge transfer modes.Therefore, in this article we do research on effect of knowledge transfer and evolution of knowledge transfer modes based on the induction of knowledge transfer modes. It includes two simulation models:(1) Modes-Based-Analysis of Knowledge Transfer in the organizations:How organizations composed by different knowledge transfer modes impress knowledge transfer. According to transfer modes, we divide organizations as many kinds, simulating on small world networks and scale-free networks based on given transfer rules. We calculate average knowledge store and knowledge variance over time. The simulation results tell us, bigger of the density, bigger of the average knowledge store. Besides, organization which has more solid line is efficient in which knowledge will transfer faster. And while there are more one-way lines, the variance will be much bigger, contrary to it the variance will be small. At last, we give an example for how to use this method which is operability, analysis easy, measurable to do knowledge management.(2) Evolution of knowledge transfer modes on knowledge networks:Knowledge transfer modes will be inflected by the effects of knowledge transfer. From this perspective, we simulate the transformation of transfer modes in the knowledge dissemination process. And we analysis every nodes' changes including knowledge store, in-degree and out-degree, the amount of knowledge absorption and knowledge dissemination. At the beginning, people needs some time to know each other, and among this time there will be no change of knowledge transfer modes. After people has sense to judge, we give everybody a different threshold. They may change their transfer modes with their neighbors time to time. The rule is when the nodes absorbed minus it disseminated bigger than its threshold, it will strengthen its transfer to the neighbor. Otherwise if the nodes disseminated minus it absorbed bigger than the threshold, it will weaken its transfer to the neighbor. The result tells us that organizations which have more experts showed strong comprehensive strength while organizations with few experts shows special abilities. In fact, good or bad, depends on the organizations want to go which route-synthetic or special. It opens up a new perspective to knowledge management.According to the simulation results, combined with practical application, we give analysis and recommendations from the perspective of organizational management by simulate the transfer within the organization. And the whole research work is summarized in the end.
