Mining Equipment, Integrated System Of Management And Drawing Information

This paper is carried on the subject with "Mining equipment management and drawing information integration system" which is developed by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and one mining Company. The subject has great practical value because it stems from producing activities of enterprise. This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of the mineral enterprise's plant management. In combining this practical situation, the author used Visual Basic 6.0 as the developing platform and SQL Server 2000 as backstage database. By taking the application of using ADO technology to visit SQL database, this paper develops a client / server-mode(C/S) software which is suitable for mining industrial enterprise.This paper studies the designing method of"The integration system of mining equipment management and drawing information", and analyzed main module and function of the system. The system includes the following modules: system management, management of files of plants and fixed assets, plant operation statue inquiry and statistics, plants'overhauling inquiry and statistics, fixed assets inquiring and statistics, drawing information management, and particular kinds of plant management. In this paper, the author presented an effective solution of how to integrated drawing information management and mining equipment management. The implementation of this solution brings the system a powerful utility of serving the plant manager with swift drawing information inquiry and drawing printing, which is dramatically improve the efficiency of mining industrial plant management. Management of files of plants and fixed assets module can display all the files and historical information of the whole life of plants in one interface. This function provides greatly convenience for users'consulting. System can also calculate the fee of maintaining mining equipment, and form a diagram of curves which shows monthly cost of the service the plant. This function helps users to have a clear picture of the state of the equipment. The implementation of this system has effectively improved the plant management level of mining enterprises.Merging drawing information management into mining equipment management system, displaying all the information of equipment's life within one interface, calculating and displaying monthly maintenance of equipment in a graph, all these feature in the system, are highly practicable and of certain innovativeness.
