With the great progress in informationization, all kinds of informational management in our provincial examination, has been made under the recommendations and the guidelines of the national informationization construct. The informational management technology of self-taught examination (STE) is behind to National College Entrance Examination and the adult higher school admission examination due to the intrinsic characteristics of self-taught examining. The existing register management system for the STE is based on the C/S model in the local area network (LAN). There are many independent databases in the register management department of province, city and country while every database can't be shared with each other from long range, which results in the isolated information between the units. The databases of STE are managed by the sectors of province and city. While auditing the graduating information, the each basic unit has to import all the cities' total related databases again while most of them are redundancy data. The bugs of the existing management system bring a great deal of manual operation to the basic units, which is contrary to the information management requirements.One practical and efficient work platform is constructed to cooperate with managing examinations information, which learns from the successful experience in information management and is based on the need of information-based STE reform. The share of databases will become true as well as resolves the problems in similar management systems of examinations.In this paper, the management system of auditing the graduation exam is investigated. The mainly ideas include: (1) The aim and mission of the system. The adoption of NET 2.0 compact framework and occasion connection, and the utilization of Web Service and Smart Client technique are imported to implement the management platform. (2) The architecture of the system. Adopt the three layers distributed structure in the management platform. (3) The design of database. Four data sheets are established based on the managed need for further analysis. These datasheets include basic parameter, examinee's information, graduated information and the assistance system. (4) The achievement of the system. Based on the data of IIS 6.0 Web Server of Windows 2003 and SQL Server 2000, the C# is used to develop main function modules with WSE 3.0 to maitain the system security.The iteration development is used for the system which is derived from the early version. The currently version has run stably for half a year. It has also realized the data share harmoniously between the city and county and has a high ability for the collaborative work.By analysing the experience of the development and implement system, the author analyses the shortage of current system and the future work.
