Geological data owned various characteristics such as the mass data, distribution in disorder, complicated data format and update frequently. Today, to deploy, organize, integrate, manage geologic data and construct geologic information manage system was the chief challenge for geologists and researchersIn the paper, the application drawbacks based on the C/S mode as well as the B/S mode of original general geological database system was amended when we met the demand for the project and introduces the smart client technology. According to line classification, a new classification methods was proposed in order to set up the general geological database system and classify the general geological data, at the same time, a model of general geological database was brought forward which based on the structure analysis of general geological database system, the features of geological database and their relationship, as well as the basic manipulation analysis of geological database,. After that, SCGeoDBMS grounder on the smart client technology was developed. Those not only made the mass digitization storage and computer informationization management to come true, but also guaranteed the reasonable development, effectively utilized and a long time-storage of the geological data for the geological mine enterprise. Above all, the Click Once and Occasional Connection technology was introduced in this paper. The database could be better controlled and administered with Click Once technology, which simplified the complexity in disposing and upgraded the original C/S structural procedure. Occasional Connection technology could make the system use local resource and network resource on the larger limit, which can make users continue high-efficiently works under the situation offline, bandwidth limited, highly-delayed network or connecting off and on.At the same time, the geological mine information was integrated and rebuilt the model which based on the GeoDB which was based on the smart Client, on the other hand, the general geological E-R-P module (GEO-ERP model) which integrated with the distribution general geological database with the mathematical modules was proposed. The integrate information database which combined with the different information of Western Minnie Corp. General geologic E-R-P model was built and realized for database resource integration, as a result, it could provided the reference for the mass geological data integrated and decision-making as well as the system rebuilt.
