Abstract/Summary:
Embedded system is widely used in all kinds of intelligent controller. At present, the high-end embroidery controller at abroad is designed with high-performance microprocessor, however, the domestic embroidery controller is designed based on SCM, embroidery color monotonous, weak data processing functions, and also the lack of graphical control interface. Based on the analysis of construction and function of the embroidery, the paper developer embroidery controller based on Linux-2.6, the main work and results of dissertation is summarized as follows:Firstly, we designed and carried out the developed plantform of embroidery controller based on embedded MPU, founded development circumstance of the host machine, built the cross compiler based on Linux-2.6, carried out data transmission between the host machine and the target machine, designed dual controller communication interface based on dual-port RAM.Secondly, we made a deep study about the embedded system's bootlader program vivi, the Linux-2.6 kernel and root file system, and then transplanted vivi,embedded Linux-2.6 operation system based on the hardware platform of S3C2410, stable and reliable system operation.Thirdly, we analysed and studied the device drivers of Linux-2.6 kernel, on based of development principle of device drivers, designed driver program of IIC and dual controller communication interface based on Linux-2.6 kernel.Fourthly, the format of files such as DST, DSB, and DSZ stored in the system is described in detail and the decoding method is described as well, the graphical interface of controller was programmed by using MiniGUI system.
