In recent years, along with the development and the improvement of technology of well test,mechanical downhole pressure gauge has been replaced by downhole electron pressure gauge step bystep. Advanced interpretation technology of well test has been combined with computer abroad. Therecording precision of pressure data is improved accordingly. In order to fit in with the demand of thecalibration technology and insure veracity of the recording data, the downhole pressure gauge calibrationequipment must be renewed and improved. Therefore it is necessary to research the calibrationequipment of downhole pressure gauge. Through investigating and contrasting with the existingcalibration equipment, a new downhole electron pressure gauge calibration equipment is designed byusing standard hydraulic pressure source.Firstly, the article discusses the development and the history of downhole pressure gauge and itscalibration equipment, analyzing the advantage and shortage of the existing calibration equipment,putting forward a new downhole electron pressure gauge calibration equipment, improving the workefficiency.In order to achieve the demand of design, it is the key part to research into the principle of thepressure autocontrol system, to set up the mathematics model and emulation parameter. High precisionamplifier OP-07 is adopted to ensure and magnify the signal of the pressure sensor. Low noise, program,steady gain CMOS chip CS5534 is adopted to be an A/D convertor. Also it is the key part to researchinto the temperature compensating technology of the pressure sensor and carry through the correlativetest. For temperature control system, metrical correlative technology and collection of the temperaturesignal and output circuit are studied.Finally, for the pressure and temperature control system of the downhole pressure gauge calibrationequipment, the research of the uncertainty degree is carried through separately. The repetition andstability of the system are also examined. In practice the calibration equipment can accomplish thecalibration of downhole electron pressure gauge and achieve the demand of design.
