Groundwater level is an important groundwater monitoring factor, at present, primarily use pressure sensor to achieve the measurement of groundwater level's. Any pressure sensor must be calibrated before put it into use, but the traditional pressure sensor calibration methods exist the problems of labor-intensive, low efficiency, single calibration type and compensation accuracy is not enough. For all these problems that the production calibration process exist,study and design a pressure sensor temperature compensated automatic calibration system has extremely important practical significance and value.In this paper, for the problem that requiring human to judge the stability of collected data during the pressure sensor calibration process, the data changing magnitude and searching time of the data stability algorithm is improved, achieved the automatic stability judgment of collected pressure data. For the low calibration accuracy problem of pressure sensor, by the these compensation algorithms' performance and characteristics comparison, experiments analyzing, least-squares curve fitting algorithm were used for temperature compensation.Combined with water level measurement principle and pressure sensor calibration method,built the hardware environment that pressure sensor calibration needed, and designed the whole pressure sensor calibration process of the calibration system. Finally, designed and completed the calibration system's host computer software, to achieve the multi-channel and multi-type automatic calibration of pressure sensors, thereby improving the sensor calibration efficiency. The main function modules of the software are sensor parameter setting, data acquisition, parameter calculation, data display and query.Using Visual Studio 2010 as the development platform and C# as the development language, designed and implemented a pressure sensor temperature compensated calibration system. Take the calibration system into application experiments, results show that, the problems of low automatic degree, not enough compensation accuracy and single sensorcalibration type that traditional pressure sensor calibration methods existed is better solved.Repeatable verification results show that the calibration system meet the design requirements,has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
