The measurement and control system through the sensor to obtain the original data,the pressure sensor is made of semiconductor materials with resistance effect.It is a kind of device which can convert the pressure into the current or voltage.Due to the nonlinear and the thermal zero drift characteristics of the pressure sensor,there are some errors in the measurement data.In recent years,with the constant improvement of the automation system,the demand for the sensor's reliability and precision is becoming higher and higher.In this situation,the capacity and performance of the traditional sensor have already can't meet the requirements of a variety of tests.Smart pressure sensor made of semiconductor materials with piezoresistive effect,has a series of features,such as high precision,high stability,small size,easy to use,mass production and so on.This article through analyzing the defects existing in the traditional pressure sensor technology,deeply studied the application method of embedded real-time operating system uC/OS-? in the process of intelligent pressure sensor research and development.Combining with the characteristics of the embedded technology,on the basis of studying key technology of intelligent pressure sensor,designed a intelligent pressure sensor system based on uC/OS-?,the system has a set of characteristics such as high precision,high stability,the miniaturization and so on.Based on the analysis of the system error sources,from the hardware system reliability,software system reliability,data compensation and error correction.The article put forward some corresponding improvement measures.The system uses curve fitting arithmetic as the system temperature compensation method of pressure data collected for compensation,introduced the embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS-?.According the intelligent software program realized auto-zero and automatic calibration according the characteristics of nonlinear automatic calibration.By this means to improve the pressure sensor data acquisition accuracy,reduce system development cost and promote the application of embedded technology in smart pressure sensor.
