In recent years a large number of servo driver manufactures run into theplastics injection molding machine industry, but the hydraulic pressure stationtest systems they use are still using the traditional method of manualoperation, cannot control the servo drivers and the hydraulic pressure stationsimultaneously or test in complicated working conditions, therefore cannotprovide selecting guide according to the different needs of customers. In thelong term, only the manufactures providing true and reliable simulation testdata and the best match can really get the user's favorite, and survive in thiscompetitive industry.Therefore, it is necessary to develop an automatic testsystem of hydraulic pressure station for the plastics injection moldingmachine.Firstly, this paper points out the insufficiency of the present test system andputs forward a simple and reliable test method according to the characteristicsof the servo driver manufactures. The main research content is how tocommunicate with the servo drivers and the hydraulic pressure station simultaneously using the CAN bus, and how to extend the inadequate I/Oresources in order to reduce the number of wiring harness and unnecessaryinterference using SPI. This proposal has extremely strong scalability inhardware and software design. After slightly modified, it can become a morewidely applicable automatic test method.Secondly, after the system needs are analysised, the system test method isdesigned, and it is further divided into each hardware and software subsystemdesign. The control circuit, I/O circuit, CAN bus, SPI communication andLabVIEW program design are emphasized.Then, after the system debug work is gradually completed, the design istested for a specific test task, and the automatic test system is proven tosimulate the actual working condition of the customer by the test data. Aftercompared to the test data given by the fixed condition, this test data draws theopposite conclusion. According to the feedback from the customer, the formeris proved to be correct. Thus, the strong advantages of the automatic testsystem are reflected.Finally, this paper prospects the further study. It mainly puts forward theidea of software simulation which refers to Infineon, Semikron and otherinternational well-known IPM manufacturers' method. The customers preferto access the company's homepage to download the selecting tool, and use it to get the most situable selection by inputting their working conditions. Theidea is believed to be a trend in this industry field.The purpose of research in this paper is to use the characteristics of servodrivers to develop a design of automatic test system of hydraulic pressurestation. Most of the current domestic manufactures' servo drivers have CANcommunication function. Therefore, these manufactures can use the researchfor reference to develop automatic test system. The research is meaningfuland has foreground in application.
