Well multi-parameter Real-time Monitoring System is the important equipment used in oil extraction, which works underground and provides parameters such as temperature, pressure, vibration and current leakage, according to which the operator could monitor the oil extraction equipment.It is the advanced method used in downhole monitoring of the world.The measurement parameters of the design include the pressure and temperature of the well, the temperature, vibration and current leakage of the motor.It transfer the sensor value to the host computer successively. As the signal is interferenced by the noise signal whlie acquisition and transmission process,it should be filtered by average method. designed the smart pressure sensor hardware system with data acquisition, temperature compensation and data storage. The system configuration of the circuit for the realization of multi-functional intelligent necessary hardware, has designed based on the dsPIC33FJ256GP processor is the core as the signal gathering transformation line, the signal demonstration line.Designed the transmission lines of downhole signal.uses pspice software to simulate the transmission of the signal, confirmed that the signal can be transmitted through the motor three-phase power cable,and when the motor insulation are damaged, leakage currents would affected the measurement of downhole data.This design uses the piezoresistive pressure sensors with high sensitivity, fast dynamic response, high measuring accuracy, good stability and wide operating temperature range, easy to micro-oriented, easy to mass production.But the sensor have the thermal zero drift phenomenon,so it shoule be temperature compensation for pressure values. Compared with the multi-segment approximation method, BP Neural network method and several other methods, use the curve-fitting method to compensate for the pressure signal algorithms is presented, smart pressure sensor as the primary means of temperature compensation.The real-time operating system uC/OS-II has be embedded into the system, the system of multi-task scheduling, greatly improving the intelligent sensor system efficiency and lower power consumption, and achieved satisfactory results. The experimental results proved that the system could measure the real-time multi-parameter of downhole,the research results had the theory reference value and the practical value.
