Research, Knowledge Management System Based On Asp Model

As the arrival of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important resource of enterprise. Knowledge management has become the core of enterprise management. Knowledge management is a great breakthrough information technology brings, it is a leap of management philosophy when communication technology and collaborative working develop to a certain extent, so knowledge management cannot be implemented without the support of information technology. ASP (Application Service Provider), a new development model of information technology, provides a strong technology support for knowledge management of small-medium manufacture enterprise in Jiangsu. ASP provides information technology service for enterprise by Internet, enterprise can concentrate on its core business without putting much attention to information system. So it becomes so important to study the knowledge management based on ASP.Starting from the characteristics of knowledge management and ASP pattern, on the basis of the researches home and abroad on knowledge management, and combination the actualities of small-medium manufacture enterprise in Jiangsu, this thesis presents the study of knowledge management system based on ASP. This thesis describes the concepts of knowledge management, knowledge management system, and ASP in detail, and discusses the implementation strategy of knowledge management system based on ASP. In the end this thesis describes the characteristic of development platform of system——Lotus Domino/Notes, and expatiate the development process of ASP knowledge management based on Lotus Domino/Notes.This thesis provides a new model to implement knowledge management——ASP model, and provides the strategy to implement knowledge management system based on ASP for small-medium manufacture enterprise in Jiangsu by the detailed combination description of knowledge management and ASP. This thesis also provides an example reference to implement knowledge management based on ASP for small-medium manufacture enterprise in Jiangsu by the analysis of development process of ASP knowledge management prototype system based on Lotus Domino/Notes.
