Along with the competition cruelty in steel and iron industry increasingly,the enterprise is regarding the product quality as the most important partin order to occupy market and acquire the most benefit。But it is a very muchimportant question on how to enhance the product quality , traditional qualityanalysis method is not adapt to modern steel and iron production needing。with the rapid developing of computer technology and the appearance of DataMingand Data Warehouse , if the enterprise want to obtain preponderance in thecompetition, it must let the product quality analysis and decision-makingspeediness and informationization。The decision-making time will shorten byusing data warehouse and DataMing technology as soon as possible, the enter-prise strain capacity ability will increase faster。This article introduced the data warehouse,the data mining,on-lineanalysis processing (OLAP) and so on the concept and the technology firstly,then recombination steel and iron product quality data analysis, discussed thedata warehouse design method and has carried on the roughly design to the steeland iron quality data analysis system on data warehouse, then discussed thesteel and iron product quality analysis system demand analysis, the systemdesign and the system needing technology。finally discussed frame design tocarry on the description of this product analysis system。This system use theplatform Windows 2000 Server, take Sql Server 2000 as the database server, theJ2EE application server is BEA WebLogic Server 8.1, with J2EE the crossplatform superiority, uses the MVC development system, using the popular B/Sstructure carries on the system foundation design , both considered expandneed of the system in the the future and also make the user use the systemeasily。because the system adopt java language to carry on the developmentand use xml the superiority, it will cause the system expansion to be nimble,moreover, it will be allowed to transplant and use in the different operationplatform。Believed if the system could be able to realize, on the one hand it mayenhance the product engineer's working efficiency, on the other hand it willbe allowed to realize the product quality performance forecast and crafton-line adjustment as soon as possible for the iron and steel enterprise aheadof time, finally it will provides the powerful policy-making support for theproduction。...
